Islus (archaic Elw for "the sluice", modern Elw: Esloos) is a city and bailiwick in east-central Alalehzamin and Utasia, by the White Elwynn. It is famous for its sluices. Population (1624) 6,045,650. It is one of the eldest chartered cities in Elwynn.
