IMPERIAL DECREE 806: Scribe's Moderator Powers
Hear! Hear!
Insomuch it is Our Imperial Wish and Desire that Our Scribe of Raynor's Keep shall be able to carry out zir duties properly, as well as for greater legal certaintly, We do by this Our Imperial Instrument explicitely declare, decree and confirm that the Scribe of Raynor's Keep shall continue to have and enjoy the same moderator powers over the forums of the Imperial Republic of Shireroth as the Kaiser.
