The Tlygowa Scholarship, which is named after the legendary Elfinshi Lady Tlygowa the Lyrist, is an award for students from the Flower of the North and certain foreign countries to study at Elwynnese institutes of higher education. Established in 1509 by a Charter as well as a monetary donation, both of which were granted by Dame Gudrun Eriksdotter in her capacity of Honourary Duchess of Elwynn, the award is widely considered to be one of the world's most prestigious scholarships.
