The Council of Eliria, which is nowadays also known as the King's Council or His Riverine Majesty's Council, is a formal body of advisors to the King of Elwynn.
Composition
The council is composed of those Royal Governors of the Princely Precincts of the Elwynnese Union who have been admitted to the council by the King of Elwynn. It is said that the White Orchid Goddess attends the council regularly as well in He capacity of Matron and Sacred Queen of the Flower of the North.
Meeting Place
The Volcano Chamber of the Palace of Krull is the meeting place of the Council of Eliria.
