Feudalism is a form of monarchy where the monarch partitions their lands to subordinate nobility who then govern those lands in the monarch's name and on his behalf.

Feudalism in Micronations

Feudalism was in the autocratic days the government-style of choice for all of Shireroth. It has undergone several changes, one of the best-known of them is the New Feudalism decreed by Kaiser Yarad I as amended by Kaiseress Semisa I and successors. Previous incarnations were usually managed with reworkings of the Feudal Holdings Act, but other modifications (like the Duchy Reorganization Act) have occured throughout the ages.
