Historically, the mountainous, mostly wilderness area of Mattimeo bordering on Menet. As the Grand Duchy of Mattimeo, it was a part of the Imperial Dominion of Free Cyberia after the Second War for Cyberian Liberation in 2000.
This territory was created as a Grand Duchy by Emperor Jacobus as a reward for service to Grand Duke Theo Chang.
