I appoint myself as Count of Absentia, to consist of Northern, Eastern and Western Absentia (since it's ancient family land and all), and as Duke in Absentia (always liked the name).
This changes no boundaries.
This is most likely not permanent, but we have to get the Adelsraad busy fixing the Duchies.
