Imperial Decree 4L1
Any and all crimes permitted by Shirithians or coming under the jurisdiction of Shireroth prior to 4548 ASC are hereby pardoned and forgiven.
I also request, as for as possible, that we all forgive those who have wronged us, and to set aside our ire.
