==History==
The Kehl is the legislative and judicial body of the Duchy of [[Brookshire]]. It was founded in 3392 ASC as a consequence of the passage of the [[Charter of Brookshire]] by the Lord of Brookshire.

==Membership==
All Barons of Brookshire are automatically members of the Kehl. The [[Marquess of Goldshire]] is ''ex officio'' the chairman of the Kehl.

==Powers==
The Kehl is vested with secondary legislative and judicial powers in Brookshire, second only to the Duke.
