The '''S.N.O.R.E. Conference''', or the Seeking New Opportunities for Relations Environments Conference, took place between late May and late July 2006 with a view to healing the relationship between the [[Republic of Antica]] and Shireroth. It was convened by [[Kaiser Meskan II]] (Bill) and was hosted on the Shirerithian forums. It certainly fostered better relations between the nations, successfully negotiating the [[Treaty of Alcyon]] whereby the [[Duchy of Antica]] was dissolved with its territory being transferred to the Republic.
