The last Emperor of the [[Empire of Khaz Modan]], born to [[Kaltor Me'Jilliad]], Niglai Me'Jilliad was forced to leave and flee to the mainland of what would become Shireroth when the [[Empire of Khaz Modan]] fell. He sought refuge with the Duchess of the city-state of Brookshire, [[Fola Helipov]], in b2447[[ASC]]. The two, over time, fell in love and concieved a child in b2430; they named him [[Raynor Me'Jiliad]]. Niglai Me'Jiliad died in b2408.
