'''Leo Dine''', who was also known as '''Leo Fenrir''', was a citizen of [[Shireroth]] who joined in late march of 2009. Due to an unforeseeable series of events, Leo took the position of [[Steward of Elwynn|Steward]] of [[Elwynn]] quite early in his stay in Shireroth in [[Iskander Mirkdale]]'s attempt to win over some followers during the [[White Lily Revolt]]. Leo also expressed interest if the organization of SSHIT and from day one began researching Shireroth's past. He was the [[Rulers of Elwynn#Rulers in their own Right|Twenty-Second Ruler]] and Sixteenth [[Duke]] of [[Duchy of Elwynn|Elwynn]].
