Kreagmanaaq (Elw, from Treesian Creag Manach, "mossy rock of the monks"; Babkhi: Karaghmanagh) is a bailiwick, town and natural headland in north-eastern Illumination. The bailiwick borders Port Illumination to the west, and Phoenix Forest and Urlixeall to the east.

The town and bailiwick are named after the mossy rock featuring on the headland (the north-eastern tip of the circuit), around which a Treesian Unorthodox monastery, also called Kreagmanaaq was established. The town grew naturally around the monastery and its port.

To this day, the bailiwick continues to have a large Church of Elwynn presence. There is also a whisky distillery managed by the monastery.
