In Elwynn the '''County''' (formerly '''Royal Precinct''' or '''Princely Precinct''') denotes the First-Tier [[Subdivisions]] of the [[Elwynn|Elwynnese Union]]. Every county is ruled in the name an appointed [[Arandur]] appointed by Prince upon the advice of the [[Council of Eliria]]. The Prince of Elwynn serves as Governor-at-Large of those counties to which no governor has presently been appointed.
