:: (2) the Order of Sentinels is directed to dispatch two banners to take command of Fort Kezan.

:: (1) the survey team and Sentinels are given the additional purpose of securing the allegiance of the local power elite;

:: (2) agents of the County Palatine shall identify themselves with the symbols of the County Palatine, as described as follows:
::: a. The Blazon of Kezan: Barry Wavy of Steel and Blue (Glaucous), charged with a Light Blue Octopus edged in Wrought Iron;
::: b. The Banner of Kezan: an ogival flag bearing the Blazon of Kezan;
