respect within their [[Duchy]], but beyond that they really don't
receive any benefits.
For a short period, Counts were allowed to speak (and in some
instances, even vote) in the [[Landsraad]], though that has changed and
is no longer the case. Currently, only [[Barons]] and [[Dukes]] may
speak and vote in the Landsraad.
