The Hegemony of Alexandros was the merger of Shireroth, Hyperborea, Machiavellia, and later Tapfer, united around the theme of Alexander the Great.

Origins
The roots of Alexandros lie in the Commonwealth of Benacia, an organization combining foreign, citizenship, and economic policies in Shireroth, Machiavellia, and Hyperborea over the summer of 2001. It was suggested by Erik Mortis that the Benacian countries unite, which had always been a long-term goal of the Commonwealth. Although the original plan was a loose union called the United Empire Confederation proposed by Erik Metzler of Shireroth, Jason Rhode, who had became Prince of Machiavellia, managed to convince everyone (Except Erik, but he went along anyways) to theme it around Alexander the Great instead, having an interest in old Macedonian history. He promoted this by claiming to himself be the direct descendent of Alexander the Great and therefore a claimant to his empire, which turned out to be false.

Government
The government of Alexandros was divided among four top officials, with names primarily lifted from the "Ender's Game" series: a Hegemon, Polemarch, Strategos, and Archon. The Hegemon was on top, the Polemarch managed internal affairs, the Strategos managed the military, and the Archon managed the website. During the Hegemony's short history, Jason Rhode served as Hegemon, Tony Au as Polemarch, Erik Mortis as Strategos, and Scott Alexander as Archon.

Events in Alexandrian History
* The Color Rebellion. Alexandros existed in the Shireroth forum, and emphasized its new theme by changing to whites and blues and replacing most images with a Macedonian theme. The Shirerithian subdivision of Yardistan, enraged, rebelled against the state. Eventually it received a few compromises, but the incident is mostly important as a lesson in Yardistani stubbornness.

* The Later Hubert Wars. Thomas Hubert, general micronational terrorist, returned and founded the country of Rulak. Alexandros was among a number of countries who, coordinated by the League of Micronations, helped destroy Rulak and root him out.

* The Annexation of Tapfer. Bill Trihus reluctantly offered the former Jasonian territory of Tapfer to Alexandros as a new province. It was accepted, but Trihus was involved in many later conflicts with the Tymarian government that left bad blood between them.

Aftermath
Alexandros ended its existence as an independent country when it merged into Tymaria along with four others. Alexandros continued to be the name of the region in Tymaria encompassing Shireroth, Hyperborea, Machiavellia, and Tapfer as provinces, but after the fall of the United Republic, it became customary to refer to the grouping as Benacia again.

Alexandros gave Tymaria its Secretary to the Constitutional Convention (Scott Alexander) and two of its three Primes (Jason Rhode and Tony Au). It was also responsible for countering the strong Atteran influence of the country in many cases.

Haiken
James Raine took the name Semisa upon ascending to the Throne, naming himself after the Cedrist goddess of resurrection.

Semisa's reign started off with the activation of the Imperial Judex, a previously dormant judicial body that was now being used for the purpose of settling feudal contract disputes as well as determining the legality of actions by various bodies within Shireroth. Erik Mortis was appointed to the position shortly after its activation.

Around the same time, talks between the Dinarchy of Antica and Shireroth completed and the Treaty of Aquilaria was signed, which ceded the lands and citizens of the Dinarchy to Shireroth. There was much uproar over this in the intermicronational community, specifically from the Grand Commonwealth, Attera, and the Republic of Antica. Attera and the Republic went so far as to draw up the Nafticon Declaration, a document to be signed by nations defaming Shireroth for its actions.

Land talks between Shireroth and the Republic began--and were almost complete--before Shireroth discovered the Declaration. Shireroth, despite releasing and denouncing the Declaration, continued and completed talks with the Republic.

The Centerflying Treaty was signed as well, between Shireroth and Lac Glacei, making Lac Glacei into a protectorate of Shireroth and--finally--putting the issue to rest.

Perhaps the most controversial actions during Semisa's reign were her attempts to reform the Landsraad into a more effective governing body. She put 25 different pieces of legislation before the Landsraad, all bent on fine-tuning the legislative machine. However, they were largely ignored by the nobility of Shireroth, and she responded with a more severe tactic--Imperial Decree 208 attempted to dissolve the Landsraad, an action that was illegal according to the Imperial Charter. As such, Imperial Decree 209 revoked the previous decree, but lay down some very heavy regulations on how the restructure was to be done.

Unfortunately, this caused Hypatia Agnesi to resign as Praetor. Scott Alexander, for no reason other than being in the wrong place at the wrong time and saying the wrong thing, was appointed as an "emergency Praetor". Thankfully, he cleaned up the mess that the Landsraad was in and then resigned.

During all this, the fora were going through the barely-visible-though-tumultuous change of converting from ezBoard to phpBB. On December 31, 2005, Shireroth's ezBoard fora were closed, and the new phpBB--with all posts intact--was opened. This was met with some controversy, mostly prior to the transfer itself. However, technical expertise in the hands of Osmose, Delphi Augustus, and new citizen Greg Dean were more than convincing. The move itself went without a hitch.

The Duchy of Northhold also came into being at this point in time, incorporating several counties into a new fiefdom the likes of which has not yet been seen within Shireroth's borders.

One of Semisa's final acts was to formalize the Knightships of Shireroth into a hierarchy that allowed the highest-ranking members of it to speak (and in some cases, vote) in the Landsraad even if they were not traditional nobles. This caused perhaps the most controversy of any action throughout Semisa's reign (with the possible exception being her abdication) over the fact that Knights are not technically Nobles. However, Semisa clarified that Knights are Appointed Nobles, given their power by the Kaiser and the Landsraad, while traditional nobles are Contractual Nobles, given their power by the people themselves.

At the very end of her reign, Semisa published a revised Charter and made a decree that caused a clamor of controversy. Imperial Decree 217 named her newborn daughter, Semisa II, to be her heir, but in the meantime have Erik Mortis be her Steward until her eighth birthday. Beyond that point, Nick Leghorn was to be her Steward until her sixteenth birthday, when she would take the Throne. The decree also created a taxation system and formalized the creation of a post-based economy, inducted a number of citizens into the Order of Kampioens, created a few halls within the Sir John Metzler III University, proclaimed a tourism campaign to be run, and created a new Ministry: the Ministry of Cartography, naming Bill Trihus as its Minister.

Arguably, the Decree was formatted in such a way as to make citizens ignore all but the first part of the Decree, thereby sliding in a number of laws without argument while a more minor issue was argued vehemently.

Some citizens stated that this was too much of a fantastical action and that it destroyed our credibility as as serious nation. Others stated that it shouldn't matter what other nations thought--Shireroth is isolationist anyway. Regardless, James Raine first clarified and then later revoked his decision in Imperial Decree 218, in favor of the style of abdication taken by Los III and Yarad I prior.

The Anti-Tymar Council was an organisation originally created by Eoin Dornan satirically in April 2002, but quickly hijacked by anti-Tymarian factions led by Harvey Steffke, whose lieutenant in the organisation was Bill Trihus. The Council asserted that the United Republic should be dissolved and its constituent micronations, notably Shireroth, be returned to the independence enjoyed prior to the creation of the union in September 2001.

While a primarily Shirerithian device, the Council enjoyed limited moral support from the Treesian Intelligence Agency. The Agency's director, Iain de Vembria, according to Agency records, noted that his agency "can be both for and against at the same time ... some of our goals might ... be similar, but I would like to think our methods are more amenable and more likely to work."

The Council did attract renowned troublemakers in the micronational community, such as Yuri Andropov; however, for the most part the council was merely a platform from which Steffke and Trihus, both prominently known for their anti-Tymarian sentiments, could voice their opposition to Tymaria's continued existence.

The Anti-Tymar Council found little attention from those outside of Shireroth given that Steffke and Trihus had poor standing throughout the intermicronational community. Indeed, the Council, while receiving some attention from the Tymarian government as a potential threat, was also largely ignored at the federal level. Shirerithian historical sources imply that the Council was popular and widespread intermicronationally; however, little evidence exists that such was the case beyond that micronation's borders.
The second Apollonian micronation, the United Demesos (Also known as "Demesosia" or "UD" for short) was originally founded by me as a niave political experiment to see if a form of government that I had created, Demesos, could work. (Demesos was formed from the ancient greek words Demos and Esos, which meant people and equal, respectively.) It never was very successful by today's standards; the citizenship level was a misnomer, as most citizens were inactive. However, despite its non-successes, the United Demesos did bring upon influence through the sector. Ironically, there was something in the United Demesos which does influence the world today: Recreational Warfare, known at the time as GIF Wars, infamously made by me creating maps of Demesosian troops invading countries, especially during the Automatic War. However, it was laughed at in those days, and the Demesosians did in fact use forum warfare with the help of their allies, the Republic of Blackrock. The UD's enemies were first and foremost the Great Automatic People's Republic, and created propaganda against them called the MagiGARP, still existing today as a fictional fish. Land-wise, the United Demesos was formed before the MCS existed; however, its land today is percieved to be the area East of the Kitanus Fields and North of the former Audentior; today, Antica controls a portion of this territory, with in a coincidence, its capital of a province, Alcyon, was the same position as the capital of the United Demesos, Demesos City.

Control of Destiny Series, or CoD Series for short - a series of computer games created by micronationalists Bill Trihus and Harvey Steffke, and their micronational company BGI. The series in particular refers to the following games in sequential plot order:

#Control of Destiny 1
#Control of Destiny 2
#Jasonia - The Dark One
#Jasonia - The Light of Hope
#Control of Destiny 3

The series is heavily based on micronations and partially based on Chrono Trigger. The concept of time, especially time travel and dimensional travel, is significant to the series as well. The series follows a pattern of more-significant opponents; As the series continues, the major enemy of the party tends to be more of a threat to the Universe, peaking at Control of Destiny 3 with the nemesis of Fate.

There are also related games that are not part of the official CoD Series, but are still related to the universe of the Control of Destiny Series:

*Nightcrash
*The Final Hope
*Outpost
*Apollo Tournament
*The Time Distortionist

Only one game of the series was actually completed (Jasonia - The Dark One); the rest of the games were left as demos, or not released to the public microworld at all. However, the general plots of the games were still thought out and retain significance in the religion of Soloralism, as well as the cultures of the Flying Islands of Jasonia and Menelmacar.

The Control of Destiny series is also partially the basis for the religion of Soloralism and its more fundamental secular sister, Apolloism.

Soloralism: a micronational religion of Micras, particularly in the Apollo Sector. Soloralism was derived from the Neo-Jasonian culture/religion with its concepts of different forces of the universe, and also Treesian culture.

Culture
The Quintessences
Soloralism is a faith that is based on finding your place in the world, accepting that place, and living it. Consistency, faith, and persistence towards your life's goal are considered, above all, the highest ideals of the religion.

The core of Soloralism consists of six forces named the Quintessences. Each Quintessence is a natural part of the universe, and almost every living thing and every place in the universe consists of all six Quintessences in a different balance. They are arranged in pairs based on opposition:

Good – Evil : The moral forces<br />
Life – Death : The natural forces<br />
Knowledge – Mischief : The mental forces<br />

The six Quintessences are detailed as follows:

Good: represents moral goodness. Generally believed to be the strongest of the Quintessences, good is the force and belief that being kind and helpful to other beings creates a more beneficial world for everyone. Beings that dedicate themselves for good tend to stick out from society. Some believe that laws should be upheld, and others ignore laws entirely in order to accomplish the goal that would not be otherwise possible. Good has a strong connection with knowledge, believing in justice. It has a connection with life, since good and life tends to spawn positive growth. It also has a connection with death, believing that certain people are beyond salvation and must be eliminated for the betterment of all.

Evil: represents moral evil. Evil is the second oldest force in the universe and is still very strong. Evil consists of corruption, manipulation, and general maliciousness. It is angry and aggressive. Beings of evil can be very tricky, often disguising themselves as having a much different alignment until their positions are secure. Evil beings disguised as good ones or life ones are fairly common. Evil has a very strong connection with death, which is usually evil's goal, and also has a powerful connection with mischief, since evil is often caused for evil's own random sake. Evil has no solid connections with any of the other Quintessences.

Life: represents life and growth. Life can be considered the weakest and fragile of the Quintessences, but its effects can be seen everywhere where other forces cannot. Life is a powerful natural force, and in the absence of all others, life would continue. People that stand for life are stereotypically pacifists, medical workers, or construction workers, but many more possibilities are available. Life has a solid connection with good, and also knowledge, since a government becomes essential in protecting the society and people that life cares so much about. Oddly enough, life has a connection with death. The strongest life gets, the more likely death is to strike hard, and vice verse. This odd relationship is unique among the Quintessences, as no other opposite pairs have connections.

Death: represents destruction, living or otherwise. As far as sheer power goes, death is the strongest Quintessence as it always offers direct results with very little time. Individual life is fragile and can easily be smashed. Death, like life, is a natural force in the world. It is quicker to act but much less thorough then its counterpart. People that stand for death are often military units, but there are a number of more subtle disguises death can wear. Death is connected with good and evil and is connected with life as above. Death is also connected with mischief, since many people destroy with no real motive. This makes death the most connected Quintessence, saying something about its role in our universe.

Knowledge: represents order and progress. Knowledge is a mental force that exists within the minds of civilized beings and does not
affect much else. Knowledge’s domain is massive, covering technology, progress, order, law, and reason. Many beings, especially humans, fall to knowledge by default. More powerful knowledge careers are judges, mathematicians, and inventors. Knowledge is connected with both good and life.

Chaos: represents disorder. Chaos is the other mental force, which represents the desire to break rules “just because.” Chaos covers entropy and randomness. It exists within the hearts of anyone that intentionally commits a crime or otherwise violates known laws, although it is much stronger in people that attempt to take down order for the thrill of it, such as anarchists and some revolutionaries. Mischief is connected with both evil and death.

Time: represents continuation. Time is not really a Quintessence, but is a force none-the-less. Time is the continual flow of the universe and the ever shifting balance of the forces. Time cannot be mastered by any, only measured or, at the very best, traveled. Time has
no connections. It gives its continual judgment equally to all other forces.

General Theology
The events in many religions happened many thousands of years ago, or at least many generations ago, so that no one alive today witnessed them. Events become stories, and then myths. A certain level of uncertainty is added because no one really knows exactly what happened. All they have are the records passed down to them. Soloralism has events that happened in olden times, but it regards them as history, not merely stories. These events happened just like the books say. There is no exaggeration, no uncertainty. Everything is preserved as accurately as possible. Also unique to Soloralism is that this history continues to the present day. The Soloralist gods have not forgotten their people even if the people have forgotten them. There is clear divine influence in current events, and those events are to be added to the Soloralist books of lore.

To deny Soloralism is not just to deny the deities: it is to deny the very past of Micras. Alternatively, those who believe in the history of Micras are Soloralists. Our gods are not vain; they do not need people to worship them as long as they are living their lives as the gods intended. Although the gods still influence the world and have sent us many gifts that spring from their own power, the gods have not sent us any clear-cut messages on how to live. Instead, they sent us the quintessences, which are essential parts of our being. This essence is made up of the influence of all six major Soloralist gods and gives us innate knowledge of good, evil, life, death, law, and chaos.

The quintessence of an individual person is always unbalanced: one of the six attributes is largest. One of the gods poured more of his or herself into us. And this is the true test of Soloralism: you must find which force is strongest within you and live your life that way. A person with a large good quintessence must live a good life. A person with a large evil quintessence must live an evil life.

We know little of the afterlife, but we believe that when we die, the gods will judge us on how well we lived our lives in accordance to the quintessences. If a person with a large good quintessence lived a good life, then they have lived a successful life and will be rewarded by Mithaniel. If a person with a large intellect quintessence lived a life based on chaos, then that person has disobeyed Clistiro's path for them and will be punished. These rewards and punishments are unknown to us, but they are not eternal. All quintessences are eventually added to the Empathi Field, a great network of magical and spiritual energy that exists between all beings that gods have created. The Field powers the gifts gods have given mortals, such as magic. When magic users cast spells, they are actually using the power of the quintessences. A great magic user is never born; rather, the quintessences converge more closely around that person in order to help them. Even within the Empathi Field, quintessences still retain some things from life.

Many quintessences will remain in the Empathi Field until the next cycle, for the gods can create new quintessences as new beings are born. However, every so often, the gods choose to send one of their most loyal quintessences back to Micras to be born again. These beings have knowledge and power beyond their mortal lives, and usually do great things on this world in the name of their god. Eventually though, they die again, and return to the Empathi Field in order to help the gods there. And such things go, and will continue to go for as long as this cycle continues.

Soloralism does not frown on the worship of other gods or other religions in general. It is not what you call your god that matters, but how you live your life on their path. However, Soloralism does frown on the distortion of the historical facts that make up its backbone, such as calling Micras by another name.

Although we have no reason to believe so, Soloralism does not rule out the existence of life on other planets. If the gods can watch over Micras, they can surely watch over other worlds too. The discovery of beings on other planets would not effect the beliefs of Soloralism.

Sects of Soloralism
Apolloism (Essential Soloralism) - The most fundamental form of Soloralism, and the first one that was created. The concept of the quintessences are in here, but not the concept of gods. The history of Micras was created by this sect. Essentials do not believe in the existence of gods. Only the Quintessences matter. Essentials attempt to find the Quintessence that suits them best and follow that Quintessence to the best of their ability. They do not pray, believing that no god exists to listen to them and that they would be better off acting on their own level. They strongly believe in the fictional history of Micras, however, and believe that their own beliefs can be global to all micronational religions.

Traditionalist Soloralism - The sect worshiped by most Soloralists, and the sect in which the fictional race of Microns had as a religion. Traditionalists believe that the Quintessences are the highest powers in the universe; but also that each Quintessence has a god or goddess that helps regulate that power in order to help mortals. Traditionalists pray often, knowing their gods hear them and have an answer one way or the other.

Menelmacari Soloralism - The most practiced sect of Soloralism, which was worshiped in Menelmacar. This variant is identical to the traditionalist sect in terms of the gods and prayer, however the Menelmacari believe in a number or lesser gods under each god that control certain more defined aspects of life. Particular importance is placed on Tunare, the Goddess of Life, who was the creator of the elves; Menelmacar was a micronation based on Tolkien's elves.

History
The basis for Soloralism started before its founder, Bill Trihus, had even heard of micronations. When he was young in the late 90's, Bill liked to create pretend strategy guides to games that he "created" as a hobby. This was because he did not know of any [[|RPG Maker|RPG Making]] programs, nor programming languages. In 1998, he created a particular game that was sort of based on his real life, called Billy's Life 5. In this game, Bill was the main character. Its basis is not important, but the significant facts was that there was a being called Pure Evil, the incarnation of all mortal evils. Pure Evil was not a being in the normal sense; he was more like a coalescence of light, or a gas, with a sickly green color. It had the ability to possess someone and control them. In this game, Pure Evil possessed and controlled a classmate of Bill's, named Doug Brown. Using his powers, he managed to wreck havoc across Bill's town and eventually rip it out of the world. The only chance Bill had was to defeat Pure Evil. The significance of this plotline was that it started the creation of the belief of the quintessences in Bill, and was later presented as a backstory for the later game, Jasonia - The Dark One.

Soloralism's first physical creation was during the Golden Age of The Flying Islands of Jasonia, an Apollonian micronation, roughly around August 2000. Bill, a citizen of Jasonia at this time, and the President of Jasonia, Jason Steffke, were talking about how interesting it would be if there was a game based on micronations. An idea clicked; since both Bill and Jason liked the game Chrono Trigger, what if they created the plot of a game based on Chrono Trigger, but with influences from micronations? Characters of the game could be from micronations and people would like it because they would be in the game.

Control of Destiny Series
This game was called Control of Destiny, the first game in the Control of Destiny Series. The story was similar to Chrono Trigger. An alien race called the UEC (United Empire Consortium) would take over the Microworld in the year 2100, and a party of heroes would stop them through a time traveling adventure. The main characters include Jason Steffke, Bill Trihus, and Bill's younger brother (Who was not in micronations), Matt Trihus, Scott Alexander, LightEning (Ari Rahikkala), LordStone, and
some other people who were posters in Apolyton, not micronationalists - AI (Provost Harrison), and Empress. Matt Trihus, an inventor and engineer in the game, created a time machine and presented it during the Hyperborean Fair, a celebration based on the at-the-time recent annexation of Hyperborea into Jasonia. The machine accidentally brought Matt into five months in the past, when things were much different in the Apollo Sector. An adventure continued from there, as Jason and Bill saved Matt, but the portable time-traveling device (TimeTravel1000) accidentally sent them to the future instead of the present on the way back.

Later additions to the plot of the first Control of Destiny game include the addition of another character, Amy Leonarkos, the change of the name of the UEC to the Imperials to not instigate Erik Mortis, whose handle was UEC, and the town of Micronia in the future as a safe haven from the bleak world controlled by the Imperials. In order for a time-traveling game to work, there has to be lore and history for the Apollo Sector; but, the Apollo Sector had only existed since August 6th, 1999 with the founding of Apolyton Nation, the precursor to Audentior. So, Bill created the History of the Microworld, the first fictional document created in the Apollo Sector that made reference to the Microns. At this particular time, Microns were almost gods - they came from the world of Micron (Which was a different planet at the time) and created the Microworld. The planet of Micron would then be invaded and destroyed by the Imperials at the time of roughly 1 AD, and the Micron colonies on the Microworld would become extinct by a plague. Some parts of this lore is kept in Soloralist doctrine today in Soloralist doctrine; particularly, the plague which wiped out the Microns, and the fact that the Imperials had come once before to destroy the Microns.

The Offical Creation
The true founding of Soloralism started after the game, Jasonia - The Dark One, was created, around November 2000. The concepts of Pure Good
and Pure Evil from this game, as well as other parts of the game, inspired Bill to wish to act out the games on the Microworld. As well, the creation of Dark Bill (The possessed form of Bill by Pure Evil in Jasonia - The Dark One) was used as an excuse for the first riots of the UAS. After the fall of the UAS, Bill worked further on the lore of the Microworld. In a compromise with JASO, the world's name was changed to Micron - which would seriously effect the CoD lore. The microns were demoted to simply an extinct race, rather than gods. The
Microns were also placed on the same planet; the age before their extinction was a time when they dominated the world over other races, like the humans. It was around this time that the other quintessences - Life, Death, Intellect, and Chaos - were created, signifying the creation of the first incarnation of the religion, Apolloism. At this time, the concept of gods were created as well; with one god per quintessence. The names of the gods were directly stolen from EverQuest, the game in which Bill was playing at this time, near the end of Jasonia.

The religion did not go much further until the foundation of Tymaria. Bill was named the Minister of Culture, which inspired Bill to further work on Apolloism. The other races were given more importance (Though not as much importance as later on), to allow people to be flexible in their own whims. Apolloism became popular in the Tymarian province of Tapfer.

Further Development
After the TYSOG incident , in a fit of anger, Bill added Tymaria to the plot of the newest game, Control of Destiny 3. The game was based on the decay of the universe through its corruption, and Tymaria was the (Bad pun inc) quintessence of this. This timeline, called in Control of Destiny 3 as the Subgame, Mistress of Time, would show how Tymaria would appear as the Non-Apollonians of Tymaria took control of Tymaria, as it seemed to be at the time, in 2110 AD. Apollonian culture would be purged; the entire nation would be polluted and just grim, the cities full with slums of many people, with an elite people named the Erudites ruling in the Skyscrapers. For the ultimate irony, Tymaria would rule from the grounded islands of Jasonia in their city of Jasonia, now a bastion of the shadows, rather than the skies. Behind the corruption of the leading Erudites of Tymaria, there was one man named Diga, who was the Ingredient of Fate. Fate was a being that would be created when the corruption of the universe reached a critical point, in which Fate would then destroy the universe in order for there to be another one; out of its own corruption. In Soloralist lore today, corruption could be defined as deviating from the quintessences; a more fundamental evil than the quintessence of evil due to the Relativity of Ideology; the antithesis of the quintessence of Time.

Bill and Jason eventually turned to Treesia, in which they developed their religion further, despite the active religion of Treesian Unorthodox there. The Elpiferno Archipelio manifested as actual lands of Micras as the Treesians claimed both it and Tapfer. Apolloism's name was changed. This was because people confused Apolloism with the Apollo Sector, even though Apolloism was just one particular culture of the Apollo Sector. The name was changed to Soloralism, coming from the Micron word for magic.

Soloralism in Menelmacar
After Tymaria became defunct, Sirithil nos Feanor founded the Imperium of Menelmacar, which Bill soon joined. Menelmacar was a nation who fictionally was filled with elves. (Sirithil was a roleplayer in the MUSH Elendor) Bill realized that this was his chance to sprout Soloralism in a nation. A culture was then created in Menelmacar that seemed to be a merge of the Tolkien elvish culture and the Soloralist culture; the Menelmacari sect was created. Soloralism became a major driving force for culture in Menelmacar. However, when Archetype joined, another culture became popular as he brought friends from PsiPog, named Yellowism, a religion that was based on the worship of a telepathic banana. Tensions eventually ensued because of Archetype's paranoia and stubbornness. A true rift of the nation happened after Menelmacar's elections in December - Bill, the Vice-Elenaran under the Elentari Sirithil nos Feanor, in an fit that Sirithil was losing the elections, declared that the nation would die. However, the Yellowists would not allow this, and through micronational pressure, eventually made Sirithil to open the nation and declare Archetype the election leader. Soloralism slowly seeped out of the nation as Archetype made the nation more secular, and later on, more biased towards Yellowism instead of Menelmacari Soloralism.

However, Soloralism's life would not be in vain. A citizen of Menelmacar that joined after the elections, named Mari Greenwood, converted herself to Soloralism in order to preserve the elvish culture, and became a lead promoter in the Soloralist culture. Soloralism tried to make a rise, but Archetype would not allow it. It became certain to the Soloralist faction of Menelmacar that nothing short of a revolution would allow Soloralism to reign supreme again. So, on Jasonia Day, February 19th 2003, Sirithil used her EZOp powers to ban Archetype and other Yellowists as the start of the Revolution. Unfortunately, the plan backfired; Archetype and the Yellowists continued as another form of Menelmacar. The nation was split between two factions; the Soloralists severely underestimated the support the Yellowists had obtained.

After the schism, Oira Arnanorë Menelmacariva became a haven for Soloralists, as the religion made its first marriage and a working hierarchy. Bill became the Archon of Soloralism. However, as the OAM started to lose activity, Soloralism started to lose appeal as well. Eventually, by the time OAM died, almost all of the Soloralists had either left micronations or not cared about it anymore. The death of the OAM marked the death of Soloralism as a functional micronational religion. However, Soloralism still exists in the hearts and minds of Bill Trihus and Harvey Steffke; a mark of creativity still exists on Micras because of it, even as people continue to attempt to remove both its legacy, and that of the Apollo Sector.

Legacy
The most significant legacy of Soloralism on Micras, is the name Micras name itself. Micras was created as a compromise between the Soloralist name of Micron, and the Yellowist name of Fnord, in a debate of the MCS. Despite the fact that Menelmacar and Soloralism does not exist today, the name of Micras continues to exist as micronationalists continue to refer to it as such.

Other legacies of Soloralism include the Elpiferno Archipelio; the islands of Ptia, Micronia, and Ferien, which were first referenced to Soloralist lore. Some inside jokes, such as the phrase, "Bill, you are STILL young and stupid," and random babbling from Bill Trihus regarding erudites and the ultimate corruption of the universe, come from the old Control of Destiny games, rather than actual micronational experiences.

The
Shireroth Standardized History Initiative Team is responsible for
codifying the Fictional History of Shireroth. SSHIT was founded
and is still run by Erik Mortis and Shyriath Bukolos.
Current Projects
Ages of Shireroth
The centerpiece of SSHIT's work is the massive compilation The Ages of Shireroth, which has been built up into a multi-volume work over the course of SSHIT's labors. The Ages of Shireroth is essentially a distillation of the Fictional History, an overarching document meant to summarize events and provide a framework within which to create other fictional material. It is the meant to be the official" work of history.
Being developed in concurrence with The Ages of Shireroth is the Timeline of Shirerithian History, based on the ASC calendar. This lists brief summaries of important fictional events by year, for both The Ages of Shireroth and other works, and is also "official" in the sense of being part of the framework for other works.

*Ages of Shireroth: Volume One: The Khaz Modanian Age: Before Shireroth<br>
*Ages of Shireroth: Volume Two: Beyond Old Shireroth: Yardistan During the Khaz Modanian Age<br>
*Ages of Shireroth: Volume Three: Building of a Nation<br>

Other works
Tales From the Khaz Modan is a series of stories by Shyriath Bukolos, only one of which has actually been produced, dealing with various events in the old Empire of Khaz Modan that preceded the formation of Shireroth.

Erik Mortis' work on the Hariolus War and Talru Sorto covers the pre-Khaz Modanian period, going right up to the edge of the prehistory of the Benacian continent. However, Shyriath stupidly failed to get a copy of the works before the Attack, and keeps forgetting to contact him and ask him if he still has everything, so that SSHIT is unable to make the work public again at this time.

SSHIT Director Shyriath Bukolos also allowed the creation of a task force consisting of Bill Trihus to research the real-life history of Kildare, with the likely intent of fictionalizing it and incorporating it into the official history works, though this never came to fruition.
*Timeline of Shirerithian History<br>

Purview
SSHIT works to create a fictional history for Shireroth itself and its
predecessor states, from prehistory until at least the end of the
Second Era. It is unclear at this point if SSHIT will eventually
extend its mandate into the Third Era, which represents the
timespan in which Shireroth has actually existed; it has been suggested
that real-life events could not be fictionalized in a manner that both
makes sense and managed not to horribly offend someone. On the other
hand, describing the pre-Shirerithian history of Kildare (which
Shyriath has always intended to do) will almost necessitate Third Era
work, unless Kildari fictional history is dramatically altered.
Although SSHIT focuses primarily on Shirerithian history, it is eager
to make connections with the fictional histories of other micronations
where this proves convenient and workable.
Among these were Evan, Scott Alexander, and Bill Trihus. As administrator of the Audente forums, Evan seized control of the nation through this power and proclaimed the Audente Empire. He was eventually convinced to rescind power and Audentior returned to a Direct Democracy. During the last civil war in Audentior, Evan again showed up and proclaimed Ryan Caruso to be the new Emperor of Audentior, restoring the imperial throne for a second time. Bill Trihus is a citizen of the Imperial Republic of Shireroth, its Praetor and Minister of Cartography. Internationally, he is the Co-Administerator of the Micronational Cartography Society. He was an instrumental figure in Menelmacar and a proponent of the Soloralist religion.

Personality
Bill Trihus is probably one of the most infamous micronationalists, mostly for his constant outspoken matter. He is blunt and honest about his feelings toward things, which usually can get him into trouble. He tends to be paranoid in micronationalism, especially in the countries he was in - a flaw of his that has lead to much trouble, especially in Jasonia and Menelmacar. He can be described as a "cranky old man", being in micronationalism for a long time and thinking that the glory ages of simulationist micronationalism is long past gone. Bill is probably single-handedly the reason why Shireroth declared itself to not be Apollonian, as well as the cause for many other conflicts relating to the Apollo Sector. In the past, Bill could have been considered to be to the Apollo Sector as Pat Robertson was to Christianity.

Despite all of his flaws, he seems to be recongized as a veteran micronationalist - the second eldest Apollonian and someone who knows what works and what doesn't work in micronationalism, as well as the consequences of various actions. He has lately been trying to atone for his actions in the past, although his intincts tend to get the best of him. Addicted to micronationalism like no other, (indeed, most of the people he considers his friends are micronationalists, rather than offline) he has been in micronationalism since August 1999, his first micronation being the ApolytonNation. His obsessive personality allows him to be dedicated to micronational tasks, and he is extremely loyal to people that he considers his friends.

Reality
Bill Trihus is a 19 year old student of Stonybrook University. His major is Biomedical Engineering. The quintessential (super)-nerd, Bill is fascinated with science and mathematical models, to which he has recently applied with micronationalism. Outside of micronations, he doesn't do much other than play MMORPGs once in awhile. While addicted to EverQuest for a long time in the past, he had quit a couple of years ago. Today he sometimes plays World of Warcraft, but isn't nearly as addicted as Harvey Steffke is to Final Fantaxy XI, or his brother is to WoW.

Micronationalist History
Introduction to Micronationalism
In the year 1999, when Bill was 13 years old, Bill was first introduced to micronations by Scott Alexander in the Apolyton Off Topic in mid-August, when he was recruiting for the Apolyton Independent Nation, more commonly known at the time as ApolytonNation. Interested in the concept, he joined, but wasn't as active as he would have hoped, shy as to how he would do in the nation. When ApolytonNation collapsed in late August, Bill soon joined the nation of Morovia, by this time he had "invented" a new political system, which he called Demesos. While completely unsuccessful at the time to try to reform Morovia to the new system, he was active in its politics, and even became a Representative.

When Audentior was reformed from the ashes of ApolytonNation, he quickly joined, although he had other plans for micronationalism.

The United Demesos
On December 29th, 1999, Bill founded the United Demesos, which was partially a political experiment to test out his political system, and partially a micronation for the heck of it. Some citizens from Apolyton (And neccessarily Audentior) joined; the concept of the Apollo Sector was born.

By today's standards, the United Demesos was a one-man micronation, with inactive citizens which might have not even actually wanted to join the nation. Indeed, this is part of the reason why Bill has skepticism toward citizen claims today. However, a culture did develop, sort of a nationalist pseudosocialist culture; probably like the political climate of France, although not France's actual culture. Because he was the President and no other citizen was really active, he was free to do basically all that he wanted. This got to the best of him when he came into diplomacy. bill was infanous at the time for inventing "GIF wars", the use of maps to show invasions of territory of other nations. There was no MCS at the time, so he had made up the (badly drawn) maps of the nations. The two major wars that he had got into was the Automatic War and the Demesosian War, both against Automatica. Despite Bill's young and stupid nature, having a huge lack of diplomatic skills, he did manage to ally with the Republic of Blackrock, its leader, Shane Odlum, sharing hacking secrets that could give advantages against Automatica. While the Automatic War was fought via GIF Wars, the Demesosian War was fought through hacking; in which Bill took over the Automatic forums, but stupidly used the same password there that was on his ezBoard account. This allowed Jasonia and GAPR to take over the United Demesos - by the time he managed to get his account back, the nation was pretty much completely abandoned, and therefore he declared the nation dead.

It is also interesting to note that at the time of th end of the Demesosian War, Bill had declared the United Demesos to leave the Apollo Sector. After the nation died, he quickly formed the Demesosian Republic of Tapfer, which was partialy a United Demesos clone, and partially a self-declared heir of Audentior, which by the time of the founding, had completely collapsed.

New Audentior
While he was not part of the original negotiations, Bill did soon join the Audentior that would form from the merging of Tapfer, Jasonia, Shireroth, and Hyperborea. In the nation he formed the Demesosian Party, which like before, was more like a nondescript liberal party. However, the party was successful in having people join. When a new constitution was formed, Bill had created a President position, whose purpose was solely to let himself be leader. The elections that would happen soon after, the Demesosian Party VS the BO0O/\/\ist Party, was a massive fraud. Bill made the election forms, made the Demesosian party candidates for the various positions the defaults instead of abstain, and fabricated inactive citizens from Tapfer to vote for him. Bill obviously won as President, but this lead to the collapse of the nation, Shireroth seceding (or in Bill's words at the time, suceeding) from the nation first. He formed an "army" and tried GIF wars to liberate Shireroth, but he was just laughed at and banned from Shireroth's forums. This was the end of RecWars completely for two years, and as a serious form of warfare for five years.

Jasonia also quickly seceded, but Shane Odlum, seeing the mess, hacked Bill's account (This wasn't actually hacking - he knew his password from the Spam Cannon, which at the time saved the passwords of those who used it; Bill didn't change the password once Shane admitted that he knew it) and gave control of the nation to Ryan Caruso. Bill and his nation of Tapfer reluctantly seceded.

After the fall of the Audentior, and after a quick restart of Tapfer, Bill abandoned the government system of Demesos completely, finding his previous actions to be juvinile - thus the "young and stupid" comment that would gain popularity later on.

Jasonia
Tymaria
Menelmacar
Shireroth
Micronational Politics
Being a veteran micronationalist, having been in in the Micras Sector since its birth, he knows what works and what doesn't work. Bill is very skeptical of micronational merges and YAMOs, although moreso on merges, having been in many Big Pointless Mergers in the past. (UAS and Tymaria being the most prominent) He also seriously dislikes micronational themes that are taken from real nations, thinking them to be completely unoriginal; this mostly applies to Anglophone clones.

He is probably the only remaining (actually, only, period) Apollonian nationalist in a time when said "people" does not exist anymore. This mostly resorts to emphasizing the importance of the Apollo Sector to the modern micronational world. This had come to many clashes with Erik Mortis in the past, but mostly Liam Sinclair today.

Bill has a lot of micronational grudges from the past - unlike other people, he can only bury them, not let go of them. Most of these grudges involve either the destruction of Menelmacar or Jasonia, the two nations that Bill had considered his "home".

Micronae
is the native name for the homeland of the Microns, which is western
Tapfer. Originally, Micronae was merely a collection of
city-states, seperated by the forests, rivers, and mountains of the
region. It was unified by the Sanarian King, Hyp'Kur Sel'Eth, in the
year 13,450 BED, starting a Kingdom that would last over 10,000 years.
Micronae was the major battleground during the [[Great War of
Destruction]] as the Orcs and Imperials tried to invade the kingdom
from all sides without major success, although the Imperials did manage
to capture the port town of Parsaria before the divine intervention.
Micronae was bordered by the Desert of Tinayn to the north, Salt Plains
to the east, and the Ultimatia Tundra to the south.
Micronae was one of the three countries that would sign the [[Triad of
Three|T3 Alliance]], albeit reluctantly. Like the rest of the countries
on the Tapfer continent, Micronae was annihilated in the [[Eve of
Destruction]] and its aftermath.
The capital of Micronae was Sanarian, located in central Micronae.
Other cities included Caniegh, Parsaria, Melsarsis, Egale, Talberight,
and Ansaris.

The
Wind Song is an artifact said by Soloralists to have been created by
Clistiro himself. Originally found in the island-continent of Solaria,
it has the remarkable ability to imbue all sentient species on Micras
the ability to use magic. It was first found by the [[Micron|Microns]
roughly in the year 40,000 BED on the
island that would eventually be known to them as Solaria. Understanding
the knowledge the Wind Song had bestoyed upon them, the majority of the
microns on the expedition quickly embraced their new gift. Some had
headed back to Micronae to spread the news of the discovery.
However, not all would embrace the new powers. A large faction of the
microns, once learning the discovery of the Wind Song, thought that
magic was too tempting, too powerful for mortals to wield, and refused
to use it. This faction became so strong that microns who embraced
magic had to leave their home continent for Solaria. These magic-user
microns are the ancestors of the Solarians. Eventually, the other
microns (The ancestors of the rest of the micron species) would
reluctantly accept magic, although it would not come as easy to them as
the Solarians would.
The other species of the planet, such as humans, elves, and ogres would
have their own schisms as well after discovering magic. The ogres'
magic users had transformed themselves so much that they had to be
considered a new race - the orcs. The Imperials, however, fully
embraced the power that magic would bring them.
The Wind Song is also one of the seven Fate Distortion Crystals -
the only one in the universe that Micras is in. It would bonded with
Erika Lekuan during the Interdimensional War.
Clistiro was the god that had made humanity sentient on Micras,
bestowing upon them natural curioisity and ingueinity unrivaled by all
other sentient species, although the Micron come close.
Clistiro is a quiet and distant god, watching the world but rarely
acting. He can use his divine grace to give mortals glimpses of the
created the Wind Song on Micras, the artifact that had created
magic.
