Imperial Decree 4L24
As our goal and intent of the preservation of Antica has been met by the Antican people, Imperial Decrees 4L23 and 4L21 are hereby repealed. All Shirithian armed forces presently in Antica shall withdraw to Melangia or their nearest base.
May the Third Antican Republic prosper and thrive.
