Imperial Decree 4L19
Pursuant to the petition of the Lichgravine of Caverden, Imperial Decree 4L18 is repealed. The Kaiser shall sit in the place of the Duke of Brookshire for the nonce.
The local authorities have our blessing to continue the processes they have begun toward good goverance of the Duchy.
