Background:
Fax Celestis II has only been in
office for a short while, though he has already weathered a war
and enacted some important military regulations. One of the first
things he did was to decree that the Head of the Military be
post-script titled Celestis (as a tribute to his father). At the
same time, he also began appointing people to the offices within
the ARA, the Kaiser's personal bodyguard and task force.
The first to actually use the
prototype HTML- and pic-bombs, he found that the HTML-bombs were
far more effective than either the new pic-bombs or the
tried-and-true smiley-bombs. However, Amerada was prepared and
had disabled the HTML bombs quite effectively, shutting down that
plan of attack completely.
Also under Fax's guidance, the
beginnings of a new weapon were taking shape. Codenamed
"Prolific Squirrel," its details are unclear but its'
purpose is perfectly sharp: to strike back twice for every
counterstrike performed against any form of bomb.
Fax Celestis II also dealt with the
self-proclaimed "political pundit" Antimortis. During
this interchange, however, Fax Celestis II's sanity came into
question as it was discovered that Antimortis and Fax were the
same person.
Recently, Fax sacrificed his own
body to reincarnate his father, Fax Celestis I.
