Sire, the Erb based voting system was declared illegal and stricken from the Procedures. Therefore there is nothing to go back to. If we decide to go back such a bill will have to be introduced again. Finally, and with all due respect, this is an internal Landsraad matter and you are prohibited from interfering. So don't.

It shouldn't have been stricken, merely overridden by the Charter.

In the wiki 'tis marked 'declared illegal'. Couldn't it be un-declared illegal?

I would suggest that we pass the new Erb-based system instead of going back and then passing the new one. I should have removed it from the Procedures, but i didn't.
