This is unacceptable that our Kaiser would make such a decree that MASS is its own duchy. It is completely unacceptable. Anyone who supports me and this cause will help me wage war against The "duchy" of MASS. In this war we will be using Anunia, not SCIRA because it uses magic and no one cares about magic. *Aims cannon and Fires!*

PS. I will be using the full force of the Amokolian Forces.

What the hell is an Amokolian? and a SCIRA?

Jess, under Anunia you need Greg to agree to fight under Anunia. And to agree not to use magic. Anunia actually refers to magic - look it up. You need to determine acceptable provisions for victory, do orbats, appoint a judge etc. before you can begin your conflict.

I'll also draw your attention to the following sections of the Lawbook.

VIII.L: Shirerithian External Military Policy
1. Let it be known to all foreign powers that unless they have a specific invitation from Shireroth (or a person legitimately representing Shireroth), or unless a legitimate reason has first been supplied for their presence, foreign troops are not allowed into the nation.

III. B. Dukes
2. Restrictions
b. No Duke may conduct significant foreign policy.
f. No Duke may enter a military alliance with another Duke.
C. Barons

2. Restrictions
a. A Baron may not do any of the things denied to his Duke.
b. No Baron may violate any restrictions placed upon him by his Duke.
c. A Baron's powers affect only his Barony and those within.

I don't think you can bring in Amokolian troops ...

Amokolian troops are foreign regardless of what you say and therefore illegal without proper authorization.

Also, by the charter, the automatically come under the command of the Kaiser once their enter Shireroth territory. If they don't submit.. guess that means they have declared war....

No it isn't. The Kaiser said that he will veto it if it passes.
