Petition: Prosecuting Greg Russell

Dear Arbiter,
One of Yardistan's citizens, Greg Russell, has illegally proclaimed the County of MASS as his, and declares it in actual rebellion. Both are punishable under Shirerithian Law. I would like to arrest him for taking over MASS, and Rebelling the county as well.

I give Mr. Greg Russell 48 hours to respond to these allegations. Just as a precaution, I remind the parties that they are to speak in a respectful manner in the Imperial Judex.

I suppose that is your answer then Mr. Russell. I will now hear the opening arguments by the Plaintiff, Jess, or his appointed representative. After that, I will hear the rebuttal from the Defendant, Mr.Russell. If he for any reason does not wish to defend himself, he may appoint someone to do so instead. Jess, please state what laws you feel Mr Russell has violated and any evidence, any special posts (most are in public) as well as the remedy (punishment) you seek. You have 48 hours.

As I said, this is not off-topic. I'm closing this thread to members of the Judex, the two parties and their representatives. Anyone not accredited will not only see their post deleted, but will also be found in contempt of court. The parties and their representatives are also to limit themselves to the issue at hand or face the same consequences.

With both the 48 hour and the 24 hour deadline having passed, I hereby rule the following:
1. The proceedings against Greg Russell in the Imperial Judex are hereby terminated.
2. Any further complaints regarding the possible illegal rebellion by Greg Russell shall be directed at the Kaiser.
