Bill to Create the Position of Deputy Prætor

The creation of a Deputy Prætor of the Landsraad.
The following section shall be added to Chapter IV, section C of the LawBook:

AND4. Deputy Prætor
a. The Deputy Prætor of Shireroth may only be elected by the nobility of the land from among the Full-Citizens of the Land.
b. The Deputy Prætor does not have to be a Noble of Shireroth.
c. The Landsraad may further specify the powers of the Deputy Prætor within the Landsraad.
d. The Deputy Praetor is held by the same restrictions as the Praetor.
The following section shall be added to the procedures:
6. The Deputy Prætor
a. The Deputy Prætor shall act in stead of the Prætor should the Prætor not be available.
b. When acting as Prætor in the manner stated in a., the Deputy Prætor shall have all powers and duties of the Prætor.
c. In 6. a., "not be available", shall be considered to mean either a stated leave of absence or if the Prætor does not, within 48 hours, fulfill zir obligations to the Landsraad.
