Imperial Decree #349 - The Fishday Manuscript

By my hand,
There shall be created a document, maintained by the Kaiser or an appointed person, on which is logged all decrees made on Fishday, beginning with those made in my reign. This document shall be entitled the Fishday Manuscript, and shall be kept on the Shirewiki for all to behold.
Done this Fishday, the 8th of Vivantiana, ASC 3432

Can't you order the weather in Sweden to be better? We've had -7 C today. No snow though, and it's not -30 C at least. But I want sun!

While you're at it, could you order the weather in Finland to be better? It's only -4 C. Luckily there's at least snow, though. But I'd be a lot happier if it were -30 C for a couple of days at least!
