What are you asking exactly? That half of Bjorngard be split off and made into a separate county of Byzantia? That's fine with me.

I suppose that's one option, if you're aiming to start a new craze for creating tiny counties, assuming you also don't just want to rename Bjorngard instead, but first and foremost that's for you to issue an appropriate decree as Baron.
