Shireroth

By my hand,

No Kaiser may propose a charter that repeals or amends this decree or Imperial Decree #342.

This decree is immune from amendment or repeal by any Kaiser past, present, or future.

Done this Fishday, the 22nd of H'Graasreign, ASC 3417

Reynardine I, the Fox Kaiser

Nice try, but since the Kaiser is only limited by the Charter, not past Kaisers, this will not work.

Yeah.. Tradition, legality, and pragmatism are against you.

Blame Bill and Harvey

They suggested it?

I was in the chat room when he came up with it. For the record, I specifically said it wouldn't work.

And you were right. But it is amusing! .
