Malarbor says: New Kaiser, the charter, FNORDs

Long live Kaiser Reynardine I, aka Corey! Now that Loki III is no longer a "lame duck", we can get to the real business at hand: speculating on who the next Kaiser will be! Currently signs point to Erik of Brookshire, but there's still a lot of time to suck up to Reynardine before February!
Kaiser Loki's left the nation a parting gift of two controversial amendments about the legal profession and ducal equality. Objections to the amendments, based more on the principle of charterial amendments than on opposition to his specific policies, culminated when Ari of Straylight called a charterial convention. Go there and add your thoughts to the reorganization of our nation's most sacred document.
It's the third most wonderful time of the year, after Switching Day and Arbor Day. That's right, the FNORDs are back in business! Go to MicroHub (BOOOO! EVIL FORUM!) and suggest worthy recepients. DON'T MAKE ME HAND OUT MALARBOR AWARDS AGAIN THIS YEAR! In other international news, Ocia and Cerulea were going to have a recwar but later realized that would be stupid, Michael Dervin won re-election in Ocia, and Peter Ulsnes is the new king of Cerulea.
Just in case you were thinking of a different most wonderful time of the year, Dr. Spangle has a new MCS Advent Calendar up. Wake up every morning to a new blank white square, then come home every afternoon to people complaining about it on the MCS forum, and go to bed every night reading a daily poem about a micronation after Spangle finally fixes it. Squares on Straylight and Hyperborea are already open, and we expect one about Kildare on the twenty-eighth.
Elsewhere, we have hockey leagues, trivia games, birthdays, the resignation of the Assistant Arbiter, a visit from long-lost Hurmu, and Landsraad Procedural Amendments.
