What did they do that was so "eevill", and does it effect Shireroth or our allies?

Don't we have a treaty with Cerulea?

And nick112147 is a citizen of Shireroth, too

. I don't know the exact details of the issue, but it had to do with Nick offering the MCS webhosting in return for permanent membership on the MCS map. (I suspect there's more to it because I don't see Pete and Spangle getting their common panties in a bunch over something like that... but I also suspect the "more" is most likely to be a misunderstanding)

Nick the Yardistani? Or just the same first name?

Just the same first name. He's a citizen of Elwynn, if I'm not mistaken...
And I believe we do indeed have some sort of treaty with Cerulea.

What I got from Pete was that Nick offerred the MCS free hosting in exchange for permanent membership or auto-approval of claims every month and a half. You can probably see how the second bit reminded them of the bad old days. Some Council Members took it a bit more seriously as I did as a serious attempt at bribery. We were split on the required action, decided to call someone outside of the Council (past and present) to decide the action, and since then I've spent my time trying to stop Nick founding his own mapping organisation or leaving the MCS (because I think Cerulea are the most promising new nation we've had for a while and I'd hate to lose them over something this silly).
I think a six month ban on claims is a bit long ... three should be fine ... but I also doubt Shireroth lodging action will be of much help.

There shouldn't be any action on the international level, but note that a citizen of Shireroth is responsible (although, he hasn't logged in for a month).
Also, I was mistaken...he's Kildarian, isn't he...

We were split when we decided to work out a punishment ourselves. We agreed to bring someone else in.
@Corey ... true, he did move.

Honestly, I'd just laugh at him. Let the public deal with it, and not take any action as an organization.

That'd be nice ...

I'd be really surprised if this was anything more than a big misunderstanding. But the MCS needs to act super-tough on even the slightest perception of bribery, just to send a message. I hope eventually they come up with some reason or other to commute the sentence, though.

Let's think of a good reason..........
