The crown account now has a modicum of funds in it (the gap from this tax to the last tax was rather big so we dug heavily into the reserves). Should be fixed as soon as the vote buying thing passes Landsraad and we have an exciting new revenue source.

That IS possible to implement. But I rather not honestly. What if you are just moving money.
