By the will of His Grace the Duke of Elwynn, the following Decree be implemented forthwith:

A Decree concerning the application of the Megamod to the subdivision of the Duchy of Elwynn

1. From this day forward, the Duchy of Elwynn shall be subdivided into the following Counties:
Agnesia, Alalehzamin, Araxion, Bjorngard, Cape Farewell, Cimmeria, Eliria and Utasia, Frieden, Hyperborea, Illumination and Wintergleam.

2. The said Counties shall be grouped into Baronies as follows:
a) The Barony of Eliria shall comprise the Counties of Alalehzamin and Eliria and Utasia;
b) The Barony of Iserdia shall comprise the Counties of Araxion, Cape Farewell and Frieden;
c) The Barony of Kai-Raikoth shall comprise the Counties of Bjorngard, Cimmeria and Hyperborea;
d) The Barony of Nordland shall comprise the Counties of Agnesia, Illumination and Wintergleam.

3. The Counts of each County shall continue to be titled as Earls.

4. The Barons of each Barony shall be titled as Barons.

5. The Duke of Elwynn shall hold the title of any Barony when it has not been granted to a Baron, and the title of any County in a Barony when it has not been granted to a Count and there is no Baron.

6. A Baron shall hold the title of any County within their Barony when it has not been granted to a Count.

7. The territories of the said Counties and Baronies shall be arranged as depicted on the attached map.

I renamed Lesser Zjandaria to Alalehzamin and Nesfarvel to Cape Farewell because I figured that those are the best choices for historical representativeness...
