Frankly, it wasn't. But the Americans behind me on the bus to Campus thought so. Loads of Americans on Campus, hehe. Talking among themselves, they flushed out wonderful comments now and then in a way only Americans can do :)

"It's four-thirty and already dark!" (The sun was setting...)

"We went to the church the other day, and there was a drunk Swede sitting outside it. It's a very nice church, ever been there? (answers from his friends:"Yeh", "No") Anyway, this Swedish guy just sat there with his golden beer OUTSIDE THE CHURCH! And believe it or not, we started talking to him!"

"Did you drink together?"

"Nah, we had just bought our beers from the 'System'"

"Oh, I love campus. It's so beautiful"

On the right hand's side of the bus, looking out, you could see some police-to-be training self-defence. Looked really cool.

"Look! There's the Police Academy! They're training."

I think they're new to town. They all seemed really sweet :)

We do have "night" in the U.S. It comes very late in the afternoon, before "morning".

These folks are oviously from lower lattitudes. Sarah P. would know.
