Whereas, The County of Florencia has no flag,

Whereas, I think I am, was,? the Count, and,

Whereas, the prior Duke of Yardistan granted permission for me to change the name of the county as it reminded me of my Ex-, and,

However, as I recognize the Historic significance of the name, notwithstanding my isues,

THEREFORE, does Loki III, Kaiser of Shireroth, announce a Contest.

Rules:
Designs for a flag for the counrty of Florencia are to be posted below.

Design should combine the nature of the county with the essences of thank-gods-gone-Ex-ness.

A commitee of myself, Duke Prodigy and Baron Jess (as Lords over the territory) shall judge the Contest.

A prize of 250 erb to be granted to the winner.

Entries to be submitted by, oh, Monday-ish.

Unless I'm quite wrong: Kevin Tennent ran Fabon. Caesar Augustus ran Florencia. I think Caesar's real name was also Kevin, but he wasn't Tennent.
