I was informed by Koreyasu that the Kaiser has extended me an invitation to become a citizen here? I am also known as Scorpiox, but recently underwent a transformation into Lucifer.

I am a citizen of Toketi and Novatainia, and have no desire whatsoever to renounce those citizenships. Toketi will remain my main place of citizenry(is that a word).

I just found it intriguing that I was "summoned by the Kaiser"
