First, allow me to wish the Imperial Republic luck with its most recent claim in Apollonia. It is indeed most regrettable that you were unable to procure the northern half of Mar Sara: despite what some have said in your forums, we had little idea that Shireroth was in the midst of planning its annexation.
However, a ray of hope there still may be in this! Our plans for the territory have, as it were, fallen through unforseeably, and as such, it has been made apparent that we have little use for Suryo. I have been authorized to ask you, in effect, what is Antican Suryo worth to you?

I plan on replying to the effect that, since Shireroth is restricted to a certain pixel level by the MCS, that we are unable to continue discussions on this line, and that we thank him profusely for this offer.
The lanowners of Maraguo were also preparing a claim. I will suggest that he open discussions with them.
