Am I effectively the "Economic Steward" of Shireroth, managing the entire financial apparatus of government for the Kaiser ...
Or am I a minister in charge of delivering cultural bounties and economic reform, but to leave other government payments to the other appropriate people, and just make sure other people have enough money to do what they need (ie each minister has a rough budget from which to pay bounties for their ministry. For Jonas, that would be paying for Landsraad legislation the government decides is needed).

Or something else.

Please clear this up for me.

The MiniTrade and I have had discussions about this. The Landsraad has my blessing to work this out.

I do remember, and now I'm much more supportive of the idea. It saves me having to do everything and feel like I need to approve everything.

And it gives Ministers things to do.

Only question is how to make it work. do we give ministries a set amount each month and just let them amass money.. or just set an upper limit, and top them off every month?

Upper limit is probably better, I think. Saves too many funds accumulating in Shirekeep. If they need more for something special (eg a war's on and Prodigy needs extra money) they can always apply to me and I'll pay them more.

We need to get this written and passed the Landsraad. It has my support.

And we need Ministry accounts.
