Absentia/Antya land swap

To be entered as a claim at the MCS. The added land near Kildare shall be joined to the Dutchy of Kildare.
As discussed in http://shireroth.kuroshiro.net/forum/vi ... f=4&t=9352. It might be a little bit early to take this to the Landsraad, but I have made my decision, and we've heard from Nick Leghorn that it's unlikely that Antica would give up north Mar Sara to us. Jonas and Andreas have shown clear interest in this area, it's a neat reference to AIN history to add in Antya, and... I rather like it too, really.
