MCS Claims

- A law for MCS claims. We really need to have a law that actually tells who in Shireroth can make what claims. A good, simple principle would be that dukes can post modifications affecting only their duchies without asking anyone (and can give that power or parts of it to other people as they like), but any other changes have to go through the Landsraad or the Kaiser. Or we could resurrect the MiniCart and just make all the cartography go through that.
Ok, 200 to F&B for this one? Or should I just decree it?
I'd rather submit this to the Landsraad, and let them give it a good working over.

F&B accepts this commission for the stated amount. What timeframe are we talking about and is there any more information needed than what has already been posted here? Also, should this be drafted as a bill to be introduced in the Landsraad?

I want the Dukes support on this, so yes, through the Landsraad. I think the "Kaiser or his appointed emissaries" should speak for the country.
Day or two? we have a tempest brewing in a teapot that this might affect.
