Just remembered I'm meant to be doing these. I think I will take Hesam's suggestion and offer tenders.

The Treasury is looking for individuals to offer suggestions of how bounties should be offerred. Individuals are reminded that it is better to offer smaller bounties, and more of them, rather than several big bounties. As a rough guide, consider 100 a good starting value. Tenders will need to include the reason for bounties conferred, and a clear list of how much is given to each individual for each bounty. Tenders should be given for cultural development between the time the last bounties were given out and today. The tender should also include a bounty to themselves for completing the Tender. The Treasury shall select a tender that it feels confers money appropriately. As a rough guide, the Tender should not exceed 3000 .

Fine. Nobody's doing it so I'll do it. But I warn you, it may well be biased towards me and Kildare because that's where I spend the most time.
And I'll just make it all in the 100-300 range, to keep it easy.

What's that add up to? Gah, I keep getting different numbers. I think it's around 3100. Meh. 100 to me for actually doing this. Yeah, its over 3000 but its also a week or two after it was meant to be organised and I'm paying stuff after that, so ...
(Ari's stuff shouldn't come out of minitrade budget anyway, for those thinking he probably deserves another 600 for admin work)
