Cartographic consistency

I'm going through our duchies collecting issues of cartographic consistency and quality. See http://shireroth.kuroshiro.net/forum/vi ... =10&t=9250.
Inconsistencies and quality issues I found:
- Lunaris is in two pieces on the MCS map, and without the cities of Lune Villa, Teldrin and Erinamor
- Lakhesis is called Solecism on the baronies map
- Port Solecism (in Thanatos) doesn't exist on the MCS map
- Caverden, Shimmerspring and Lywind look all boring without any cities
