So what's the craic with it? How do I set myself up, earn money etc?

I note that capitalism has triumphed and money directly translates into votes in the Landsraad. Can't say I entirely approve, but if it's the way things are going to get done...

Answers please!

You should have :erb 50 to start with, and thenet promoted to a position you get more money from the government. If you don't support which way your Duke is voting in the landsraad, you can set up an account regitered to Shirekeep to transfer your money to. Then you can buy stuff too.

So otherwise my money is considered to be resting with my Duke?

Your money is still your money. The barons (except in Yardistan AFAIK) are allowed to move money out of their duchy registered account into an account registered in Shirekeep to prevent their money being counted as votes in the Landsraad.

It only said we were in rebellion, which is, very Yardistani, and, My money is usually in Shirekeep

Yes - it is indeed a very Yardistani thing to do. :) But unfortunately unless you are Duke and/or Anarch, that's rebelling against the rebellious, which isn't a very good idea...

Oh yeah.. and. I don't like it either.. but.. it does give people an incentive to use money and make money. But we still lack real companies...

It's true. I haven't seen much in the way of companies that provide paid services. At least not much use of them.
