I, Prodigy Almighty, Duke and Anarch of Yardistan, do declare the following:

First that I, Prodigy Almighty, shall remain Count of Western Absentia as of right now.
Second that Gilrean Treebane shall succeed me as Baroness of Absentia.
Third that Baroness Gilrean Treebane shall remain Countess of Eastern Absentia unless she otherwises chooses.
Fourth that Jess take the position of Vice-Duke of Yardistan.
Fifth that Vice-Duke Jess shall remain Baron of the United Isles in addition to his new title.
Sixth that, as customary, Baron Jess may, if he so wishes, to come up with a better and more Yardistani name for the title of Vice-Duke, and it shall be as he says.
Seventh that Count Benkern of Mar Sara is hereby offered the position of Admiral of the Grand Yardistani Navy, if he so chooses to accept.
Eighth that Duke Prodigy Almighty shall be henceforth known, for the rest of history, as Duke Prodigy the Mad, both for his mild psychosis and for his short and explosive temper.
