Do we need a seperated forum for the Seanad (council of Barons)? I noticed the other Duchies have their own forum for their legislatif power and we use the forum of Blackrock.
I don't mind, it can stay here. It makes Blackrock the county where decisions are made.

I'd suggest a separate subforum ... makes Saenad business clearly not County business.
