Decree #2, 3rd Age: Instrument of Lunatic Reunification

WHEREAS Lunaris was created as a single cultural entity, irreconcilably manifest as one and only one spiritual realm,
WHEREAS its partition by the New Feudalism was an abhorrence against the Lunatic people and serves no productive purpose whatsoever,
WHEREAS the outgoing Baron of Vorpmadal the esteemed H4773r 3lfs0n, Count of Upper Lunaris, and I Krasniy Yastreb the new Baron of Vorpmadal, Count of Lower Lunaris, and the Eternally Transmogrificatory Mother of the Lunatics and creator of Lunaris, Eriana Moon (Gods preserve her soul) ALL hold or have held within themselves the fervent desire to see Upper and Lower Lunaris reunited as one, and
WHEREAS the Charter, Decreebook and Lawbook present no opinion regarding the creation or dissolution of Counties, thereby leaving it to Baronial/Ducal/Kaiserial prerogative,
I do hereby DECREE that the Counties of Upper Lunaris and Lower Lunaris are now dissolved, and in their place one County, the County of Lunaris shall be created; and that the count of old Lower Lunaris Krasniy Yastreb, as the only active Lunatic at present, shall serve as the Count of Lunaris.
By my hand the flaming sword of justice falls upon the land this day, Three Thousand Two Hundred and Eighty Six Ab Sectora Condita.
