Law revision request

I'm not sure which Ministry was appropriate for this post, but being that it involved violence, I guesseed the Ministry of Military Affairs would be appropriate.

I was reading the Shireroth law and noticed that one of them is not gender equal. I have highlighted that part of the law. The ravishment of only women? I strongly request equal gender rights and have added that the men be ravished too!

Thank You.

Chapter V. The Kaiser.
[edit] A. Impersonating the Kaiser

1. It is against the law to impersonate the Kaiser.
2. Punishment will be upon capture, and may include but is not limited to any of the following:
a. Banning
b. Public ridicule.
c. Both of the above.
. Justice will be served.
4. It is still legal to impersonate the Kaiser or pretend to the throne of the Kaiser if the real Kaiser says you can. But when the real Kaiser returns pretty much anything can happen, up to and including Civil Rec-war, decapitation of yourself and your lieutenants, the ravishment of your women, the burnings of your dwellings and animals, and the merciless slaughter of your supporters.

Pandora,

Thanks for pointing this out. In the future I think the Landsraad Front Gate would be the place to go with any issues you have with the LawBook, just so you know. :)

I refer you to Chapter I of the Lawbook:
A. Titles and Gender

1. Documents
a. For the purpose of legal documents, titles which linguistically imply a single gender, shall interpreted to mean both genders.
If we take the word "women" to be a title that recognises one's gender, the word "women" in the "ravishment of women" therefore shall be interpreted to mean both genders. :)

However, that's not very clear, so I'll present a Bill before the Landsraad to modify the section you quote and change it to "the ravishment of your people". Cool beans?

Well this is easy. All we have to do is find one instance where a man has been ravaged in Shireroth. I mean, otherwise the change would be inaccurate.

How would it be inaccurate? Gender equality is meant to be assured by the LawBook. It's stressed in the Chapter I Section A.

Oh get off your high horse! I remember when you called me at 3am from a hospital saying that you were taking your date home and had forgotten the shovel! I still say that is the last time I drive to a pet cemetery at 3am. No Exceptions.

Hey it was perfectly noble when Achilles did it - so why do I get all the grief off you. :p

It's hard for you to look noble when vomiting into an open grave with a half drunken bottle of cooking sherry wearing only a soiled pair of half unsnapped, Adidas tear-away track bottoms.

You know - at this point not even the Arbiter would be able to condemn me for having you killed. Seriously why did you have to bring the cooking sherry into it? You have completely destroyed my reputation.

You should probably worry what my conjured demons will be doing to you once they have gotten hold of the cooking sherry and a spoon old boy.

Well the last time you were in a naughty mood I found you exhaustedly slumped in a chair wearing clown make up in a pub full of sobbing veterans. I don't know if it was the Russian techno music or the dead Disney mascot filleted into a bear skin rug, but that was when I realized you are not a good drunk mate.

Sir,

Are you not confusing me with the late, possibly great (but more likely vastly overrated), Heath Ledger?

Agreed, if we continued I think Shireroth would expel us.

However, I demand this be considered the most hilarious thread in micronationalism.
