Every citizen of Brookshire is entitled to at least fifty erb in government startup money. If you haven't claimed your fifty erb yet, post on the request form. If you don't have a bank account yet, get moving!.
Two new Barons, Mike Fors and Krasniy Yastreb, are arguably owed an extra fifty or a hundred erb for being a Baron. Make sure the Ministry of Trade gives it to you.
