is it okay for me to register a bank account for my company (F&B)?

I'd say no. But two people already have. I'm awaiting Hesam's official opinion ...

The law does say that all money payed to a company will be deposited in the owner's account. That would make company accounts rather useless.

That's my interpretation at present also. Plus it saves cluttering the bank with twice as many accounts.

The idea is that government payouts are paid directly to individuals. If individuals choose to invest these payouts in their companies, that's their own business.

Transactions between two citizens or two companies or any configuration of these two groups is permissible. But the government will not deposit erb into a company's account simply because it makes accounting too difficult.
