To the Praetor: An Apology

Upon reflection, and after reviewing recent events, my only regret with regards to decree 296 is that I made an uncivil gesture in suggesting under point two in that it might be necessary to consider inviting you to offer your resignation. In view of your constructive attitude in the Landsraad concerning the legislation proposed, at my suggestion, by His Grace the Duke of Yardistan I now consider this sanction to be quite unnecessary.
Accordingly I offer you a personal apology on my part without any reservations and I hope that you will continue to be a good servant to the Landsraad and the Imperial Republic as a whole.
