At this stage, I'm going to say Approved on the grounds that the other owner does not obtain Shirithian citizenship or erbs. Then it has one owner as far as the Shirithian economy is concerned and the law is appeased.

That is a very good idea. Here's the thing, I don't think there is enough currency in circulation for all of the demand. It might be a good idea to petition the Kaiser to increase the total erb in circulation to 8 000. Considering 5 000 was an arbitrary number, it would make more sense.

I agree that ministers should be paid, but on a sliding scale. I have a much smaller work load than the Minister of Trade, for eample, so I would not expect to receive the same salary as he does. Perhaps this proposal can be discussed when the Landsraad convenes next, in addition to adding 3000 erbs to the total available
