As Steward I would like to request global moderator powers in order to deal with
errant subjects present in the throne room while the Kaiser is away.

Global mod? I'm not sure if we have rules on this, but I suspect if we did they'd say steward gets admin... but hey, if mod is what you want, mod is what you get
